Although a NUANS report will reserve a business name, it is only reserved for a period of 90 days. If your corporation has not been registered at the end of this 90-day period, your NUANS reservation number will expire and you will need to order another NUANS report. You only obtain special privileges (or protection) over a company name once it has been fully-registered as a corporation, or Trademark. If you have not done either and wish to find out how, feel free to contact one of our representatives for assistance.
