Initial Notice Filing is a requirement of Ontario corporations after inception. Corporations must have their initial notice filed within 60 days of being registered or they run the risk of being “struck-off” and involuntarily dissolved for non-compliance with provincial regulations. This is where you declare the positions held by your directors as President, Secretary or Treasurer. You may choose to elect one person to hold multiple titles, however, multiple people cannot hold the same title. To save a hassle, we have included a spot on our Ontario incorporation application forms that you may checkbox to have us handle the process for you. Otherwise, to submit this request as a stand-alone order, please contact our customer support team for assistance.
